Pat Franey

Pat has a Degree from the University of Minnesota, Morris and has extensive pastoral training through the True-Bridge Outfitters Organization.  In 1985 Pat started a campus ministry at UMM called “Shiloh Campus Ministries”, which later became Morris Community Church Campus Ministries.  Pat was an elder at Morris Community Church for 11 years, leading worship in church, preaching and leading homegroup bible studies during that time.  In the mid 1990’s Pat led a team of people in starting a New Testament church plant in Starbuck, MN.  Pat pastored that mission church for 3 years before coming on staff at Morris Community Church part time in 2001.  Pat started full time in 2002 and was set in as Senior Pastor in 2003.
Pat has a heart for the Lord and for the lost.  He has a passion to see people get free from problems and grow in their walk with the Lord.  Pat has a “Shepherd’s heart”, a heart of mercy for those who are hurting.  His vision for Morris Community Church is to raise up leaders in the church body and see them established as both “fishers of men” and those who can shepherd the people of God.

Neil Thielke

Neil is Associate Pastor at Morris Community Church, and he also functions as Overseer for the Church through Truebridge-Outfitters. Neil founded the church in 1982 with the help of Jim McCracken from City Hill Church in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.  After the Morris church was well established, he began helping new churches get started and strengthened in Minnesota, North Dakota, and other parts of the world where we were connected through relationships.    The church in Fargo, North Dakota, was begun by thirteen young people who had attended our Summer Institute of Ministry.  Pat and Angela Franey returned to assume the pastoral leadership of the Morris church after starting a church in Starbuck, Minnesota.  Over the years Neil Thielke has led teams from Outfitters for Adventure to encourage and assist churches in Mexico, Mongolia, Kenya, and other parts of the world.  The goal for Truebridge-Outfitters is to train the next generation to reach their world with the good news of salvation in Jesus Christ. For more information on Truebridge-Outfitters visit the website at www.Outfittersforadventure.com
