Welcome College Students!

Thank you for showing interest in what Morris Community Church has to offer UMM students.  Because the priorities you set in your college years will shape the rest of your life, it's important for you to find a local church that promotes the kind of spiritual growth you need.  In your search for the right fit, consider MCC and stop in for a visit . We think you'll find the environment at Morris Community Church an appealing place for college students. Our services are contemporary, free-flowing, and laid back. Come as you are, even if that means pulling your bedraggled self straight from bed Sunday morning, and showing up in your flannel PJs (wake-up calls are available for late sleepers)! You're not the first to show up with bed-head.

College Students College Life Besides our Sunday morning services we have a variety of ways students can connect at MCC.  These include participating on a worship team, being a part of a homegroup bible study, potluck lunches after church, and more!  We would like MCC to be your home away from home!"
MentoringJesus' plan for evangelism and spiritual growth was to make disciples who can make more disciples.  This was done in the context of a kind of apprenticeship, or mentoring relationship.  Paul and Timothy duplicated this vision (2 Tim 2:2) and we can do the same today.  If you want to grow in your knowledge of the Bible and your relationship with God this year, please don't hesitate to ask us about mentoring.
Summer Opportunities. MCC holds an annual school during the summer called the Summer Institute of Ministry Training (SIMT).
